We’re currently undertaking an exciting upgrade of our Learning Management System (LMS), and we’re looking for a motivated Vacation Student to support our Health, Safety, Training and Wellbeing (HSTW) team with a major data integrity and migration project. What You’ll Be Doing As part of our HSTW team, you’ll help ensure that every person on site has the right training, certifications, and compliance records. You’ll be part of the backbone of operational safety and workforce development. Your key tasks will include: Entering, verifying, and updating training records and certifications in our systems. Supporting training schedules and ensuring accuracy in workforce data. Preparing reports and dashboards used by frontline leaders. Who We’re Looking For: A current university student studying Business, Safety, HR, IT, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and a passion for accurate, high-quality work.
